Cruisin
well it seems that back when i went to the appleseed concert and i got a speeding ticket i should not have listened to my mother. you see the ticket was $14 plus the fees brought it to $50 give or take. the stop class however is $100 or more. my obvious decision was not to pay twice as much and just pay the ticket. well today i wished i could strike that reverse it because my car insurance is a hassle. since i just bought a car on friday i of course need insurance. well anyone who knows me knows i've only had my liscense 3 years and in those 3 years i've been in a hit and run, totaled 2 cars, gotten rear ended, and gotten 2 speeding tickets. soo i have 2 strikes on my record ( only 2 because only one accident was my fault and only one ticket was in nebraska). luckily today i will get insurance at a steal actually compared to what my previous quotes were.
this morning i drove (uninsured) to the airport to drop of patrick. he is going to wisconsin for his cousins wedding. i was originally planning to go but because of my teaching schedule i cant. originally i was supposed to be teaching all week but nobody signed up for my little kid ballet workshop but i have to be there saturday to help with their competition team auditions. at least it'll give me something to do. i of course have many many things i can do to keep me occupied like clean my house, put crap away...but that's no fun. my goal for today is to secure my cd shelves and bookcase to the wall. also i could get my shoes out of boxes and organize my clothes. oh and i need to order taylor's birthday presents. i can't believe she turned 8. i still remember the day she was born.
also going through the pantry this morning i realised i will be cooking this afternoon because there's really nothing i can just microwave. i'm sure that is more of a good thing than a bad one but in he world of "i'm starving i have to eat now or i'll die" it blows.
